Donor-Advised Funds (DAF) allow donors to make a charitable contribution, receive an immediate tax deduction and then recommend grants from the fund over time. Clients of BNY Mellon, Fidelity Charitable and Schwab Charitable can make a designation through DAF Direct or contact your plan administrator directly to learn more.

Donating stocks, bonds, or mutual funds is a simple way to ensure our ability to protect Earthfire animals and the land for decades to come. Please follow these steps when making your stock donation:
- We want to thank you! Please contact the Earthfire office at (208) 456-0926 or office@earthfireinstitute.org to notify us of your gift.
- Notify your broker. Instruct your broker to notify Earthfire prior to transfer, so your gift can be handled expeditiously and properly acknowledged for tax purposes.
- Transfer your shares. Request that your broker transfer your shares to our brokerage with Ameriprise Financial.
