April marks the launch of the Earthfire Council of All Beings 2018: Showing Up for Life on Earth, our multispecies initiative toward finding a new way of living on the Earth.

Central to the Council of All Beings is the fact that we cannot do it alone. We need each other; and that means all of Life, not just human. Again, we need each other. Thus we invite all Life to come into Council with us so that we can include other intelligences, perspectives and wisdoms in our understanding of Life, and thus make more informed decisions on how to care for our Earth. The Council is dedicated to coming together in community to explore our interconnections, and on the basis of a deeper understanding, support and empower us to find our own personal way of taking action to make change.

There’s a lot more to come in this special year of the Council of All Beings. Our first exclusive invitation to members is to join a live conversation with passionate and renowned wildlife veterinarian Dr. Linda Bender and Dr. Susan Eirich on Tuesday, April 24th at 6pm Mountain Time.

Linda Bender, DVM

A passionate animal advocate, educator, and author, Dr. Bender’s innate rapport with animals inspired her to earn a doctorate in veterinary medicine. During the fourteen years she spent living in England, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East, Linda’s veterinary work included the rescue, rehabilitation, and protection of wildlife, often in remote areas. For over 25 years she has studied many of the world’s wisdom traditions, enriching her understanding of the sacred connection shared by humans, animals and nature.  You must be enrolled as a Council Member by Monday, April 23rd, 2018 to take part in this conversation.

Over the course of the next year, we will bring Council of All Beings Members more live Earthfire Radio broadcasts along with other special Council Member offerings, and of course our monthly Conservation Conversations.
