Guide, express, and share the mission and direction of Earthfire. Set an example by maintaining the highest professional ethics and include compassion in all decisions. Spearhead the further development of Earthfire Institute’s pioneering role in Reconnection Ecology® encompassing conservation, wildlife advocacy, wellness and spirituality. Prepare to step into the role of Executive Director.
The Animal Director is responsible for overall handling, health, and wellbeing of the animals at Earthfire. Training skills are required for developing co-workers’ basic animal care expertise, understanding, and reflection of what the animals are thinking and doing, and why. Keeps the animals and the visiting public safe and the public inspired.
Office position open for an organized, detail-oriented multitasker able to work in a nontraditional setting and handle a wide-range of duties related to basic business administration, animal sanctuary functions, and ranch management assistance. An important position giving essential support to a passionate team dedicated to helping wildlife.
