Professional Handler Jean Simpson with Nima and Bluebell

Join our mission to reawaken our deep connection to wildlife and nature through Reconnection Ecology®, expanding our sense of community to include all living beings and moving us to protect thriving habitats for all Life.

Earthfire Institute is built around the idea that all life is sacred, and we’re actively building a team of like-minded individuals who are passionate about shifting values at a global level by building connections at a personal level. By investing in Earthfire’s future, we will ensure our ability to protect animals and wildlands for decades to come.

Our Values

Reconnection Ecology®

Earthfire Institute is the pioneer of Reconnection Ecology®, a framework which changes how we think about ecology and which can be applied by anyone, anywhere.

Wildlife Sanctuary

We are expanding our facilities to include regenerative agriculture, innovative enclosures and gardens for our animal residents, and improved rehabilitation facilities.

Wildland Conservation

Earthfire is committed to preserving and protecting wildlife corridors, such as the Yellowstone to Yukon (Y2Y) wildlife corridor that runs through our back yard.

Global
Outreach

By connecting with audiences around the world, we serve as a thought leader in the global movement to honor and protect all life on earth.

Current Openings

The Assistant Ranch Manager will assist Ranch Manager with overall handling, health, and wellbeing of the animals at Earthfire. Training skills are required for developing co-workers’ basic animal care expertise, understanding, and reflection of what the animals are thinking and doing, and why. Keeps the animals and the visiting public safe and the public inspired.
