Kenai was a long-limbed, elegant beauty. She was a popular animal talent at a now defunct filmmaking business until she was adopted by Earthfire. Kenai represented her species in a 2021 BBC/National Geographic film about the wolves of Yellowstone. She possessed a larger-than-life personality that exuded confidence, independence and catlike curiosity. She was wildly affectionate with those she connected with, rubbing her entire frame along her enclosure to entice onlookers for scratches. When she wasn’t roaming the garden with her companion, Tundra, she enjoyed flirting with our wolf dog, Hope.
